Our plans & pricing

We believe in building long-term reliability and delivering consistent results. For this reason, we work with a minimum three-month agreement for new clients, followed by a six-month term for contract renewals. This allows us to establish a structured cleaning routine that truly supports your business and maintains high standards over time.

Would you like to experience our service first? We offer an introductory cleaning with a 20% discount*. If you’re satisfied with the results, you can then move forward with a fixed-term agreement.

Cleaning hours per day: 2-6

Every space is different. To deliver the high standards we stand for, we determine the number of hours required based on factors such as the size of the property, its current condition, the number of floors, rooms, tiling, windows, and furniture. This allows us to plan properly and ensure the work is carried out thoroughly.

The final price is determined based on the agreed hourly rate, the number of hours required to complete the work correctly, and the service fee (which includes quality check, administration costs, transport, and parking).

Prices exclude VAT and cleaning materials. If cleaning materials are required, an additional €5 per hour will be charged.
